Antique French Day Bed

Originally from a manoir in the Sancerre region in France. 
A beautiful, heavy, antique French day bed which folds up completely for storage. It has original castors, a slight bend in one leg, though does not affect use or folding. It can also be used as a cot. 
Comes with original mattress, believed to be covered an old style rose fabric made by Laura Ashley. 

This is an opportunity to acquire a piece of French history. Very versatile as can be used indoors or in the garden. Has original patina, not been repainted. 

Unfortunately, this item is far too heavy to send. So would require collection from Surrey.
